Your home is supposed to be your oasis, a place where you can go and relax after a day of hard work.

But what if there are symptoms at your home that seem to be draining your energy instead of nurturing it?

Let me tell you 15 obvious signs of negative energy in the house, and how to combat them. Take care of yourself with these simple tips!

1) You feel weak

Some people feel weak when they enter their homes because we often associate this feeling with our vulnerability being exposed in front of others. That’s probably why you feel weak since you’re putting too much pressure on yourself to achieve more at work or in your relationships. It happens to the best of us.

You need to remember that you can’t control everything and stop putting so much pressure on yourself.

However, if this feeling is constant, there may be an underlying reason for it.

You might be feeling weak because there’s an unexplainable force in your house sucking your energy away.

Recall the times when you’re trying to relax, yet you can’t since it seems like your energy bar is constantly going down – and it usually happens when you’re at home.

How to clear it:

The first thing you should do is give yourself a break and let go of the things that are out of your control. Sit in a quiet place and ask the Universe for a break.

When you feel yourself getting weak, find an oil burner or a candle to provide your body with an extra boost of energy.

Light the candle and take a deep breath for about 10 seconds. Make sure to do it at least 3 times during the day, morning, noon or night. You can also put some safe-smelling oils in the room.

It’s great that you get sick and recover quickly, but if this happens to you every now and then, it’s time to reconsider things.

There may be a reason why you keep getting sick every year for a certain period of time.

It can be your body preparing for a huge transformation or even a sign from Universe that something is wrong in your life.

Or worse, your home might be the cause of your sickness – negative energy is manifesting itself into your body and making you sick.

The negativity consuming your house goes through your body. That’s why you feel sick more often.

If you want to be ready for the worst, get your house checked by an expert feng shui master.

A professional will be able to determine if there are any negative energy sources in your home – and hopefully, their solution is easy and cheap.

On the other hand, start by keeping yourself hydrated and living a healthier lifestyle:

– Go on a diet, the more natural and colorful the better. Avoid processed foods as much as possible.

– Drink more water, at least 8 glasses a day!

– Exercise regularly, even a walk around the neighborhood will do!

Test it out: go to a neighbor’s house to see if the feeling still remains with you. Is it still lurking around you?

4) Your home is full of clutter

You might not feel clutter in the way that I have put it but if your house looks like it was hit by a tornado, then you probably know what I mean. If you’re not sure what clutter is, it’s excess stuff that’s taking over your house.

It’s a sign of an unhealthy life fast approaching your future.

All these things are dragging you down and not allowing you to relax. You can’t get rid of them since somehow, their presence makes you feel comfortable.

Imagine this: how can you find peace if your house is full of stuff? Some of it may be necessary to your everyday life or hold a special meaning to you.

However, it still does not hold your attention and so you can’t relax in it. You get a general feeling of resentment whenever you think about getting rid of it and that’s when the negative energy gets stronger.

How to clear it:

Start by removing the clutter from your house and things that are holding you back from moving forward in life.

Make an extra effort to clear out your space, even if it means selling some things or throwing them away. I know that it’s going to take time but you can do it!

If you start with small things, maybe you’ll be able to feel the difference by the end of the day.

You can also find a good bagger to come and pick up all the excess stuff.

This is how you’ll start feeling lighter, while your home will start becoming more organized.

5) You often get headaches

This one’s pretty self-explanatory but headaches are a sign of tension.

If you have a headache all of the time, there are two reasons why. First, you might have an underlying reason for having headaches, like migraines or other medical conditions.

Second, there could be negative energy at your house – it’s draining you to its fullest and that is why you experience headaches regularly.

You might not notice the connection, but if you do get headaches in certain rooms in your house, there’s a big possibility that it’s caused by negative energy of something else.

How to clear it:

To counter this, if you know of someone nearby to cleanse the house, do it as soon as possible. Cleansing your space should be done at least once a year.

6) You’re having recurrent nightmares

Nightmares are a form of anxiety. So it makes sense that if you have recurrent nightmares, your home could be causing them. Nightmares are a way to deal with an unresolved issue in your life.

They can be caused by different things but it’s usually something that you avoid facing.

For example, maybe you’re being bullied at work and there’s no one to help you out or maybe your marriage is in trouble and you’re afraid to leave your spouse because of the added complications that could arise from it.

Having nightmares could really distort your opinion of your home.

How to clear it:

Get help from someone who performs home cleansings regularly and ask them what they think is causing the nightmares. They will know exactly what’s going on in your house.

If that sounds a bit of a task for you, then try to light some candles or incense in different corners of your home to balance out the energetics. You can also do this before going to sleep at night.

How to clear it:

There’s no easy way to do this but to talk to them so that they understand what you’re actually experiencing. They have the ability to transform their energy and clear out the negative energies around them.

If they become aware, they’ll become more conscious about their behavior and how it might be affecting you, especially if you’re family members.

8) You’re seeing shadows in your peripheral vision

This is one of the most mysterious phenomena that almost no one understands. These shadows usually appear in places where you’re the most comfortable.

Negative thoughts are sometimes caused by your environment, especially if you’re living space is negative in any way.

It’s not only affecting your mental state, it’s also affecting your physical health as well.

It would be tiring if something nice has happened in your life yet you cannot fully appreciate it because of these thoughts.

How to clear it:

If you live in a place where your energy is being drained, you’re not going to be able to make positive changes in your life. Dealing with negative thoughts is a lot easier when you’re feeling good about yourself and your surroundings.

This is not a very easy process, but with the right guidance, you can do it and make a huge difference in your life.

Clear your mind from negative thoughts, surround yourself with positive energy and focus on the good moments of your life. Your mind is a powerful tool, use it to find peace and achieve well-being.
