Our approach to corrections
Corrections may include factual errors, misattributions, broken links, or wording that
unintentionally misrepresents an idea or source. We distinguish between minor edits
(such as typos or formatting issues) and substantive corrections that affect the meaning
or accuracy of an article.
When a substantive correction is made, we update the article accordingly. Material corrections and substantial revisions carry a dated note indicating what changed; minor fixes, such as typos or formatting, may be made without one. Where the central premise of an article cannot be supported, we withdraw the article, with a notice where appropriate.

If you believe an article on Ideapod contains an error or requires clarification, we welcome
your input.

Editorial independence
Corrections are made solely at the discretion of Ideapod’s editorial team. We do not remove
or alter content in response to commercial pressure, personal disagreement, or attempts
to influence editorial judgment.
Ongoing updates
Some articles on Ideapod are periodically reviewed and updated as new research emerges or
as ideas evolve. These updates are part of maintaining a living archive of thoughtful work,
not an indication that earlier versions were intentionally misleading.
