Let's drop out physical and emotional tension to find joy in the body and mind.
REBOOT YOUR BREATH SYSTEM
A free shamanic breathwork meditation to release emotional tension
Why should you do this meditation?
To get rid of stress
To let go of uncomfortable feelings
To bring your vitatlity
To live with joy
Breath and emotions are deeply intertwined. Your emotions affect the way you breathe, and your breath also affects your emotions. Blocked feelings, emotional traumas and stressful emotions may get stuck as tension around the respiratory system. This meditation will help you to dissolve these tensions and restore a healthy and joyful flow of life in your breath system.
I suggest you practice this meditation three times per week. If you’re in a place with enough privacy, don’t be shy if some emotions come during the practice. Let it flow throughout your throat and express it. After this meditation make sure to take around 15 minutes to be quiet, giving time for your body to process the experience. If you have any heart conditions, don’t practice this meditation without medical advice.

Ybytu Breath Meditations employ modern techniques to enhance your brain capacity and bring you into a journey.
Sound is the air you breathe by your ears, and that’s why we’ve dedicated some special attention to create these meditation tracks using the most modern resources at our disposal: multi-layering sound design, harmonic frequencies, binaural beats, isochronic tones and more.
To take advantage of all these audio resources, make sure to hear it on headphones. If you’re going to download the track, please be aware that some players (like YouTube Music, Spotify and Soundcloud) automatically compact the audios. The issue with compaction is that the sound waves that should tenderly caress your brain are turned into squared bits which may sound the same to your ears but will have a much more aggressive effect on your brain. With this in mind make sure to keep the track in its original (wav) format and use an appropriate player (like ITunes, VLC and Groove). Or just listen to it straight from our platform.

About the instructor
Is a world-renowned shaman who has helped thousands of people to align their lives with their instinct, consciousness and true nature. His knowledge is unique because it comes from allying ancient shamanic knowledge with a modern-day focus on helping people to drive change in their lives. In Rudá’s own words:
“My work is unique because it comes, from the essential knowledge in my core, from my intuition and from my talent, which has been refined over 30 years of practice, during which I have been working with thousands of clients from all over the world. I share this knowledge with people who value it and dedicate their time and energy to a purpose: that of knowing themselves. My language is not mystical, it is practical. I instigate people to overcome their limitations. I believe true spirituality should generate impact on the material and day-to-day dimension. I only believe in knowledge that can be applied, that drives change.
“I will not offer you a miraculous cure, but I will put you face to face with the causes of your physical and emotional imbalances, helping you transcend them by employing your own personal power. Nor will I give you ready-made formulas of performance and immediate success, but I will show you your inner resources, so that together we can seek and polish your deepest dreams. My purpose is to lead you beyond the barriers of your intellect and your need for control, so that you can access the mystery of your being and, from this primal source, get the clarity, the knowledge and the power to live your personal legend, rooted in the purpose of your existence and materializing your deepest ideals.”
