On top of that, if you’re dehydrated, your body might be storing unneeded toxins. Therefore, you need to drink enough water to help your body get rid of them.

Water is also important for brain function, as it helps transmit electrical signals throughout the body. Thus, ensuring the proper flow of energy.

2) You spend a ridiculous amount of time online

To be fair, it’s not always your fault if you spend too much time online. But if you constantly use social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more, then your vibration is definitely lowering.

Why? Because the internet creates isolation. It creates a bubble that seals you off from the real world.

And how does that affect your vibration? Well, you’ll find it harder to keep a positive mindset in the real world if you’re spending too much time online.

The explanation? Your emotions can’t be fully controlled in the virtual world.

3) Your home and workspace are a mess

Chaos can be found everywhere in your home and workspace. And that can lower your vibration.

Because if you live in such a mess, you’ll probably feel stressed out when you go back home or when you arrive at the office.

Let me ask you this:

When it comes to your personal spiritual journey, which toxic habits have you unknowingly picked up?

Is it the need to be positive all the time? Is it a sense of superiority over those who lack spiritual awareness?

Even well-meaning gurus and experts can get it wrong.

And the worst part? Materialism also lowers your vibration because it keeps you distracted from what truly matters: your perception of happiness and joy.

When you buy into materialism, you’re actually looking for happiness outside of yourself.

9) You often use bad language to express yourself

Picture this: You are yelling at a work colleague, using bad language, and expressing yourself negatively. So what happens? You emit negative energy.

The spiritual effects of swearing are well known. You lower your vibration, and you feel drained afterward.

When you watch violent TV programs, you’re actually being exposed to violence. And that’s something that lowers your vibration.

The mechanism is simple. When you watch violence, you are exposed to violent energy. And that means you’re charging yourself with negative feelings and emotions.

Also, the violence you’re seeing could make you feel fear and anger. And when you feel these negative emotions, your vibration drops.

12) You are not doing things for others

The majority of the people I know are self-centered. And that’s a bad thing.

The problem is that mindless activities lower your vibration because they prevent you from noticing what’s important. They also make you feel bored, so they make it harder for you to find peace in your life.

Jealousy is an emotion that lowers your vibration faster than you might think.

But did you know that complaining lowers your vibration?

Procrastination might not seem like a big deal, but it can prevent you from raising your vibration if you keep doing it on a regular basis.
