FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Is this really a free trial?
Yes! It’s a 30 day free trial. You’ll need to put in your credit card information, but you can easily cancel your membership within 30 days and you won’t be charged.
What if I change my mind after the 30 day trial period?
As soon as you cancel, you won’t be charged in the next charge period. So if you cancel during your first paid month, you won’t be charged for the second month.
Is this a recurring subscription?
Yes, you’ll be charged automatically every month. You can easily cancel at any time.
When and how can I cancel my subscription?
There’s a link in your member profile where you can cancel. Or you can email [email protected] at any time and we’ll be there to help you cancel.
How can I shape the future of Ideapod?
As soon as you become a member, you’ll have access to a private group where members discuss various issues related to the future of Ideapod. Our team members and writers are regularly part of these discussions and will take inspiration chiefly from here. We’ll also regularly hold webinars just for Ideapod members to get your perspectives on what we’re doing.
What will the money be used for?
While the site seems relatively straightforward, it’s now getting over 5 million visits monthly. When you get to this size, you are regularly attacked by hackers and it takes a team of developers to keep everything optimized so it’s a wonderful experience for you. Once our membership base builds, we’ll also work at integrating our social network with the main Ideapod site and making a number of improvements to it.
