Everywhere you look, a number sequence jumps out at you.

Clock reads 2:22. Phone buzzes from a number 833-383-8888. Your new credit card ends in 777.

Coincidences? Could be. But, your angels could also be sending you a message.

Numbers throughout history have been interpreted to give hidden messages from spirits and the universe itself. It’s a form of divination, where you divine messages from hidden sources.

These days so-called angel numbers are all the rage.

Do different numbers mean different things? When you see an angel number, what does it really mean for your life?

Let’s dive in and discover everything you need to know about angel numbers!

What are angel numbers?

Angel numbers are a concept that suggests angels are delivering you a hidden message through numbers (typically repeating numbers) that you stumble upon throughout your day.

The significance of these numbers is considered especially great if you happen upon these numbers multiple times in a row.

So, if you are doing a math problem, and the answer is 444 – that could mean nothing. But, if later that day, you just happen to check the time and it reads 4:44, and then later your coffee total came to $4.44, then that would be an instance of an angel number.

The most powerful angel numbers are those that repeat.

In some schools of angel numerology, single digits can also give messages, but the general consensus is that when the numbers are repeating, their effect is greater, and the message is stronger.

In this guide, we are going to look at the most important angel numbers, and what they may mean for you.

When did the study of angel numbers begin?

The study of angel numbers is a form of numerology.

Numerology can be traced all the way back to Pythagoras in the 6th century BC.

Pythagoras, for those of you who forgot your high school geometry, is noted for the Pythagorean theorem.

He discovered many other neat mathematical formulas that we still rely on, but also allowed himself to get immersed into the mystical side of numbers. He believed the number 2 was feminine, 3 was masculine, 4 represented the elements, and 10 was perfect.

Numerology didn’t end with Pythagoras, and there are many other schools of numerology around the world.

There is a school of Jewish numerology called gematria which gives each letter a numerical value.

The letters in each word are converted into numbers, which are added up to create a mystical value for the word itself. For example, the Hebrew word for alive adds up to 18. In Jewish culture, 18 is now considered a lucky number.

There are many other schools of numerology.

Some will take the digits of a larger number, and continue adding and reducing them until they become a number 1-9. For example, the number 222 becomes 2+2+2 = 6.

This is popular for Life Path Numerology, where the individual numbers in your birth date are added up.

What would a highly intuitive advisor say?

The points I’m revealing in this article will give you a good idea about the real meaning of angel numbers for life, love and your future.

But could you get even more clarity by speaking to a highly intuitive advisor?

Clearly, you have to find someone you can trust. With so many fake experts out there, it’s important to have a pretty good BS detector.

After going through a messy break up, I recently tried Psychic Source. They provided me with the guidance I needed in life, including who I am meant to be with.

I was actually blown away by how kind, caring, and knowledgeable they were.

What about Doreen Virtue?

Doreen Virtue is the first person who wrote about angel numbers themselves – number sequences that possibly give us hidden messages.

Intriguingly, Doreen Virtue has since disavowed her work on numerology, repeating numbers, and angel numbers. She now is a dedicated follower of Jesus Christ and believes that numerology is incompatible with Christianity.

Does that mean that Doreen Virtue’s work on angel numbers and numerology is incorrect?

That’s not up for me to say. It’s up to you to decide how much trust and faith you put into numerology and angel numbers.

Key takeaways:

  • Numerology is the study of the secret meaning of numbers
  • Numerology was first codified by Pythagoras in the 6th Century BC
  • Angel numbers are a type of numerology codified by Doreen Virtue
  • Doreen Virtue has since disavowed her work

Where do people see angel numbers?

People see angel numbers all over the world.

To me, the critical thing is that the numbers speak to you in some way.

So, it’s not enough – for example – if you just watch the clock until an angel number comes up. It’s more about if you happen to look at a clock when a repeated number shows up.

This comes from Doreen Virtue’s teachings; she said that you should pay attention to any number that stands out to you.

Remember, angel numbers are allegedly giving you messages from the universe. You can’t force the universe to give you a secret message.

Clocks

Speaking of clocks, clocks are a very common source of angel numbers – in their digital form only!

With a 12-hour clock, you can get repeating numbers all the way from 1:11 to 12:12. 12:34, 5:55, 3:33. On a 24-hour clock, you can find even more repeated numbers such as 23:45!

The only small issue with clocks is that the 10s place only goes up to 5. So you can’t get a number like 7:77.

License plates

License plates are another key place where you can find angel numbers.

Since most license plates are alphanumeric, you will find strings of numbers surrounded by letters. Receiving an angel number on your license plate is considered highly auspicious, whereas simply seeing one on the road may be a hidden message only if other numbers also reach out to you.

Remember, it’s the repetition that matters!

Addresses

Home addresses are other great locations to spot angel numbers. Typically, address numbers range from 1 digit to 5 digits in length, so you can get a good amount of repeated numbers.

As with all angel numbers, it is the frequency that you see the numbers that determines how important you are.

Simply driving past a repeated number on your way to your friend’s house is not typically seen as a serious sign. But, if you are driving to your friend, and your friend’s house happens to be an angel number, that could be a message from the universe.

Dates

There are anywhere from 6-8 numbers in a date (month/day/year, day/month/year) which gives you ample opportunity to find an angel number.

For example, yesterday (of me writing this article) was December 21st, 2021. It was the 21st day of the 21st year in the 21st century. 212121! That’s an angel number! Very auspicious.

Many people may try and schedule life events – such as weddings – around auspicious dates such as 212121 in a way to glean some magic from these repeating numbers.

Does it work?

I don’t know! It possibly could! It also possibly could not work at all.

I find that keeping a healthy dose of skepticism, and a generous amount of levity is the best way to approach magical concepts such as angel numbers.

Other ways to spot angel numbers

You can find repeating numbers and angel numbers in many other places!

  • Phone numbers
  • Check numbers
  • Banknote numbers
  • Routing numbers
  • Restaurant bills
  • Shopping bills

The important thing here that Doreen Virtue taught us is that angel numbers need to grab your attention!

If you stare at a clock all day long, looking at every number that passes your way, seeing 3:33 wouldn’t really count as an angel number. On the other hand, if you just happened to glance at your watch at 3:33, that could be construed as an angel number!

Angel numbers: you can’t force ‘em!

Key takeaways:

  • Angel numbers and repeating numbers are found everywhere: dates, clocks, license plates, banknotes
  • Angel numbers call out to you: Repeating numbers spontaneously catch your eye to deliver hidden messages

Earlier, I mentioned how helpful the advisors at Psychic Source were when I was facing difficulties in life.

How can I interpret angel numbers?

There are many different schools of thought on how to interpret angel numbers. These schools are branches of numerology – the study of how numbers hold influence over the events of our lives and in the universe.

Here are a few different ways that angel numbers can be interpreted.

Spiritually

Understanding the hidden spiritual meaning of a repeated angel number requires an understanding of the meaning of each digit of an angel number.

While angel numbers themselves have meaning, their respective digits also have intrinsic values.

4, for example, often relates to the elements and represents a sense of wholeness and universality. Seeing the number 4444 would then need to interpret the value of 4, as well as the fact that 4 has appeared 4 times.

To understand the spiritual value of an angel number, you must understand the value of each angel number and how the values all work together.

Religiously

Understanding the hidden meaning of angel numbers through a religious lens requires learning about how each number is treated within a religious context.

For example, the number 5 can represent the 5 pillars of Islam – so 5 can take on a unique religious context within a Muslim numerology framework. On the other hand, 8 can be seen as a number of great fortune and paradise within an Eastern, particularly Buddhist framework.

Within Christianity and Judaism, the number 7 is seen as a holy number (God created the world in seven days), and so the number 7 is often seen as a message that bears the authority of God.

When examining angel numbers or repeated numbers through a religious framework, it is most beneficial to examine them from the seer’s religious perspective.

For example, if a friend came to you, and your friend is Jewish, and your friend saw the angel number 777, you’d want to examine this from a Jewish perspective, rather than your own religious perspective.

Cynically!

Of course, there are probably plenty of you who look at this and think, “yeah, sure. The universe is trying to send me messages through my clock. Uh-huh!”

To you, I say, you certainly may be right.

Perhaps there is no hidden message in these numbers. None at all.

But, if that is the case, I still think they can work as a form of self-therapy.

Say that you’re troubled, but you aren’t sure why. Something is up. You look for a sign. Your coffee bill reads $5.55

5.55? That’s an angel number! You immediately consult your guide to read about number 555, and learn that 555 represents change! Change! Yes! You need a change! Your job where your boss keeps stealing your ideas? It’s time to get out and find a new one! It’s a sign from the universe!

Maybe it wasn’t. But that didn’t mean that your boss isn’t a jerk. You still do need a change! The number was just the little spark that helped kickstart your introspection.

So even if the whole thing is a lark, that doesn’t mean it can’t be incredibly useful.

Numerologically

These are all schools of numerology, but you can gain more hidden, numerological meaning by adding up the integers of your repeated number to find a new, hidden number.

So, if you saw the number 1212, you would add up all of those integers to get the number 6. From there, you could then identify the spiritual meaning of the number 6, and then add that meaning to the message of the number 1212. You could also then notice how the number 6 x 2 = 12, and see that 12 appears 2 times in 1212. This would give you 4 repetitions of 6, and then you could add the additional meaning of 4 to your understanding of 1212.

It can get pretty convoluted. I’m not very good at it. But, it can be fun to fiddle around and see how all these numbers add up!

While angel numbers hold a lot of power, they’re not the only numbers that can guide you.

In fact, your name and birth date can reveal a lot about your life and the decisions you should make.

Numbers and their meanings

Each digit, 0-9, has its own meaning. When these numbers become angel numbers, their meanings shift.

However, you need to know the meanings of the component digits before you can fully understand the secret meaning behind angel numbers.

Let’s take a look at the meanings of numbers 0-9

0

Number zero represents infinity and wholeness. 0 is shorthand for the entirety of the conscious and connected universe. It is akin to ego death, where one’s individuality dissolves in favor of being part of the grand everything.

By becoming nothing, one becomes all.

0 represents this. It represents the journey to enlightenment, to union with God, and oneness for the universe.

1

One represents new beginnings!

It also can signify God (particularly in monotheistic faiths), as well as unity. In less religious contexts, number 1 can represent leadership and exploration. Think of it as a calling card for one to get up and set forth on a great adventure!

2

Two represents duality. Yin and Yang. God and the Devil. Light and Dark. 2, therefore, suggests a struggle – an internal battle, or an external conflict.

However, in the aftermath of conflict can come resolution. It is for this reason that number 2 can also represent harmony, peace, and coexistence.

3

Angel number 3 is considered very holy in many different cultures. Many have a triune supreme deity – that is a deity who is represented in three facets.

Christianity has The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit, who all make up the Omnipresent God.

Hinduism has the Trimurti – three representations of the supreme deity.

Ancient Babylon had three supreme deities who represented heaven, hell, and the abyss.

Why is this? It is unclear, but one theory suggests that 3 is the lowest number of occurrences a human needs before it deduces a pattern.

4

Four represents the four elements, and therefore the physical universe. It also represents the four cardinal directions, the four seasons, and the four phases of the moon.

As such, four suggests an all-encompassing representation of the real, physical, natural phenomena of the universe.

In many cultures, four is a positive number that suggests wholeness and connection to our natural world.

In East Asian cultures, number 4 is considered unlucky, as the character for the number 4 is similar to the character for the concept of death.

5

Five is a number that represents the union of 2 and 3 – the feminine and masculine numbers. Therefore, five represents marriage and suggests a strongly creative and sensuous message.

5 also represents the body – we have five fingers on each hand, five toes on each foot.

Taken together, number 5 can then be seen as how we can use our body and our tactile senses to connect with ourselves, our partners, and the universe itself.

6

Number six is a tricky number.

Six can represent creation – as God technically created the world in six days. (He rested on the seventh day).

On the other hand, six is one short of seven, and seven is seen as the most holy number, so six can signify a form of missing the mark. Six can be almost imitative.

So, sometimes six is perfect. Sometimes six is not. Often it depends upon the context that 6 is seen in.

For example, 666 strongly suggests evil, the false prophet, and the antichrist.

7

Seven is a very holy number. It represents the divine, creation, and the conscious universe itself acting as a force for good against the chaos.

Seven is the sum of 3 (which represents the divine) and 4 (which represents the whole, known universe). Therefore, seven can be seen as a manifestation of God’s holiness and divinity throughout the entirety of the universe itself.

8

Number 8 represents the infinite. Ever notice how the infinity sign looks like a sideways eight?

Coincidence? With numbers, you can never be too sure! Eight connotes spiritual and material blessings, riches, and benevolence.

In many religions, eight is tied to paradise or where the Gods dwell above the material planes. In energy healing systems, your body has 7 chakras, but has an eighth hovering above your body that connects you to the greater universe.

It’s called the soul star.

No matter where your beliefs fall, your cultural background likely views eight as bountiful and infinite.

9

Number nine is all about chapters closing and new chapters starting. It’s a number that signifies a new beginning is right around the corner, so it’s time to finish up any unfinished business that you may have!

Why is this?

In the system of counting we use with Arabic numerals, ten is our base. What this means is that we have 9 integers that represent values (1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9), and then when we get past nine, we go back to 1 (10). When we get to 19 the next number is 20 (two 10s).

There are other base systems that we sometimes use – think about how we buy a dozen eggs. Two dozen is 24.

But in our base 10 system, 9 is the highest value single digit we have. You can’t have a higher value single digit. Once you add 1 to 9, you go to double digits.

Therefore, nine represents the completion of one phase of life, and a transition into a new phase. It can be a scary number, possibly even a sorrowful number, but the transition that awaits is worth journeying toward.

Now it’s time to understand the hidden meanings behind some of the most popular angel numbers that people see.

Angel numbers derive their hidden meaning from looking at how the individual component of each digit is magnified by its repetition.

For number 777, what does it mean that 7 is repeated 3 times? What does it mean that 7+7+7 = 21 and 2+1 = 3?

When you start to examine how these angel numbers start to fit within themselves, then you can ascertain deeper, more spiritual connections.

What does 777 really mean? What about 1212? Is number 666 really the number of the beast?

Well, let’s take a look together and find out!

555

Angel number 555 represents change. The number 5 represents the physical body and how it relates to the world.

5 itself also represents male and female, as well as holiness and duality. 5 being replicated three times reinforces all three of these concepts, and urges us to evolve as a way to better understand and connect with the world.

555 is a call to personal growth, spiritual evolution, and represents a desire to be a better person.

333

333 is a very holy number that reinforces the trinity concept.

Angel number 333 means that the answer to your prayer is imminent. The angels, the universe, God has heard your plight and is bringing help to help you through your suffering.

However, you need to remember that just because the universe is sending aid doesn’t mean that you can simply sit back and expect the universe to do all the hard work.

They’re sending aid, not someone to do everything for you. Keep plugging away, and know that help will be here soon!

1010

Number 1010 is a bit of a cycle – a bit of an on-off switch.

1 represents new beginnings and unity. 0 represents wholeness, and infinity. 1010, therefore, is a cycle.

We see this in the digital realm with the way data is encoded (in ones and zeros, with one literally representing on and zero literally representing off).

1010 therefore can suggest that you are stuck in a cycle – a cycle that isn’t leading to growth, but rather keeps sending you back to the same place. It could suggest that you are not yet able to see your individual place within the grand plan of the universe, and that you need to see how the 1 can become part of the all.

It’s time to break free of the shackles that you have made for yourself, and see how you can finally become the person you were destined to be.

666

666 is seen as a very dangerous number.

In Christianity, 666 represents the mark of the beast – the mark of Satan who rebels against God and wages a war for the supremacy of the universe. 666, therefore, is a number that represents he who would fight against God. It is the ultimate sign of sacrilege.

666, especially in Christianity, is seen as a bad omen and very unholy.

When it comes to angel numbers, 666 can be considered a warning light. It is a wake-up call. It is a sign that your life is out of alignment with the divine plan of the universe, and a strong reversal is incoming.

444

Angel number 444 is the fear not number. When the angels descended to Earth, they told Mary, fear not!

Angel number 444 shows how 4 (the number of wholeness and the elements) is aligned with the number of God (three), to show that the universe is aligned with the divine.

The universe and the divine are therefore aligned in helping you on your journey. 444 represents a form of all-encompassing protection provided by the Universe and the angels, who are called to aid you in your hour of need.

222

Angel number 222 signifies divine harmony. 2 represents duality, but 3 represents the divine.

2 by itself can represent conflict, but by having it repeated 3 times, it shows how this duality can coexist in a divine manner. 222 stresses balance.

222 is a signal from the universe that the path you are on is a divinely ordained path. Continue to balance and harmonize your life, and your life will become more in-tune with the universe itself.

111

Angel number 111 signifies awakenings and new beginnings.

1 represents God, oneness, and leadership, while the repetition of one three times again signifies holiness and the trinity. 1+1+1 also equals three, which reinforces the holy component to these new beginnings.

111 is a signal that it is time to take charge of your life.

It’s time for you to seize life by the horns, and venture bravely forth! Try new things! Be open to new relationships, new job opportunities. Pursue opportunities that appear ripe for the picking!

1111

1111 is a lucky number that is slightly different than angel number 1111.

While 111 was all about new beginnings, angel number 1111 focuses more on synchronicity. 1111 has four ones, yes, but it also has two elevens, which each have 2 ones, so you have a very highly compounded angel number.

Each of these compounds forms a pair – a pair that does not represent duality (like 2), but instead shows a pair of two likes. Just like two protons form a new element – helium – these two like components together create something new and beautiful! 1111 has a twin flame energy to it – as do its component twin flames 11.

1111, therefore has a double twin flame energy, which makes it especially powerful.

1212

Number 1212 represents new beginnings and divine harmony. The ones and twos magnify themselves and each other, showing how duality and unity can be necessary for achieving all that the universe has in store for you.

1212 may show that you are about to go on an unexpected journey – one that may change your life in a radical and profound way.

1234

Angel number 1234 is a number of ascension.

The direction of the numbers mirrors how your soul is evolving and striving toward union with the universe itself. Keep growing! Keep striving! Keep living! Keep thriving!

1144

Angel number 1144 is unique in that it has two doubles, and the first double times 4 equals the second double. Therefore 11 goes into 4 four times. 44 is a doubling of four. 11 is a doubling of 1.

11 magnifies the energy of 1, which represents new beginnings and the divine. 44 magnifies the energy of 4, which represents the known universe. 44, as mentioned, is also 4 times 11, which suggests that 44 itself is derived from the same energy as 11.

This suggests that the elements of the universe themselves, diverse as they are, have a unity and a wholeness, suggesting that all is one and one is all.

888

888 is a very lucky number that signifies blessings, wealth, and paradise.

In some Christian teachings, 888 is the number of Jesus, which stands in contrast with the number of the beast – 666.

8 also is seen as a very redemptive number. Jesus, for example, rose on the eighth day of the week – meaning the first day of the new week, in the same way that an eighth note in an octave is the same as the first note of a new scale. It is the same, but greater, higher, more harmonious.

888, therefore, reinforces this power of eight through the power of the trinity, showing how this redemption and these blessings are divinely ordained.

777

777 is a very holy number.

Both 7 and 3 represent God and the divine in different aspects, so 777 represents God in all forms and dimensions. Seeing angel number 777 signifies that something in your life has been or will be divinely ordained and blessed.

Consider it a spiritual blessing, or even a spiritual call that heralds a major life change – one that will see you use your spiritual gifts to improve your community and your world.

999

Angel number 999 represents the end of a chapter of your life. It is a profound number that shows an important element of your life has reached its fullness and must end to give way for something new.

9 is the largest single integer, 3 reinforces 9’s power through its connection to the trinity. Therefore, 999 suggests this change is divinely ordained.

The shift from 999 to 1000 may just come from one thing (perhaps a straw that breaks the camel’s back) but will cause profound change in your life.

Though you may feel empty as these changes take place, realize that that emptiness is a reflection of how much capacity your life can now take on!

Angel numbers and repeated numbers!

  • Derive the meaning of repeated number sequences from their indiviral digits and how those digits are combined
  • The repetition of the numbers magnifies their power

What do angel numbers mean for love?

Angel numbers can mean many different things for your love life! Each number carries a different message, and each relationship is different.

The number 666, for example, could signify that all is not well in your relationship. It may be time to take a look under the proverbial hood and see what underlying issues in your relationship you need to address.

Angel numbers for twin flames

The numbers 1111, 1212, 1144, and other 4 digit angel numbers are aligned with twin flame relationships, as these numbers can be broken down into two, equal components.

If you and your twin flame see a 4-digit repeating number like 1212 or 1111, then you should pay special attention to the number. Examine how it may reflect in your relationship.

If you have yet to meet your twin flame, and you see a twin flame number such as these, it may be a sign that your twin flame meeting is imminent.

Angel numbers for soulmates

Again, it really depends upon the angel number as well as the stage of your relationship.

There is no real angel number for love, per se. Instead, it helps to see what the angel number is, and then see how it may apply to your love life.

999, for example, may signify that you and your soul mate are about to have a deeper and more profound relationship. Marriage? Children? Only you and your partner can decide for certain.

But how can you find out for certain that they’re your soulmate?

Here’s the thing:

We can spend a lot of time and emotion chasing the wrong person – finding your true soulmate isn’t easy.

But what if there was a way to know for sure?

I’ve just stumbled upon a way to do this…  a professional psychic artist who can draw a sketch of what your soulmate looks like.

I wouldn’t normally try something like this, but my friend convinced me to try it out a few weeks ago.

The crazy thing was I recognized him straight away. The sketch was scarily clear and accurate.

If you’re ready to find out what your soulmate looks like, get your own sketch drawn here.

What does seeing numbers in dreams mean?

Dreams are unique phenomena that we still have yet to fully understand. In many ways, they are hallucinations. We see things that aren’t there. We feel things that are not touching us.

Some cultures believe that our dreams are the universe’s way of communicating to us when we are most susceptible. Others believe that our dreams are our ways of dealing with our problems and anxieties that plague our waking hours.

Dreaming about angel numbers, then, could mean one of two things.

  1. The universe is trying to communicate to us
  2. We are trying to deal with a complicated problem

So you’ve been dreaming about the number 777.

Is the universe telling you that some aspect of your life is divinely ordained? Or, were you reading a lot about angel numbers while you were going through a difficult phase of your life, and an angel number appeared in your dream?

Either way, I always find it best to sit and think, “what could this angel number mean for me and my life?”

Even if it isn’t the universe communicating to you, it will still help you unpack the trauma and anxiety you are dealing with, and, hopefully, help you figure out a solution to your problem at hand!

Angel numbers and finances

Certain angel numbers are culturally considered to be auspicious for business and money.

Eight, for example, is seen as a number of blessings, and may suggest that a big business win is headed your way.

One, on the other hand, is a symbol of new beginnings, and may suggest that it is time for you to finally seize that business opportunity you’ve been mulling over.

Which angel numbers represent good luck?

There are definitely some angel numbers that culturally represent good luck.

Some of it is culturally dependent (four is very unlucky in East Asia), but here are three numbers that seem to be universally agreed upon as quite lucky:

  • 777. Lucky number 7! 777 is the jackpot on slot machines and therefore seen as quite lucky. It certainly doesn’t hurt that it connotes divine ordination as well!
  • 888. 888 is an auspicious number that signifies blessings and material wealth. 8 is lucky in many Eastern cultures, and can represent heaven/paradise in several different religions. In Christianity, eight is sometimes associated with Christ through his redemptive powers. 888, therefore, imbues this redemptive power with the Godly power of three.
  • 1111. Number 1111 signifies alignment with the universe itself through synchronicity. It suggests alignment between you and the universe, you and your partner, you and the divine. 1111 is also seen as a good luck number, and many people make wishes when the clock strikes 11:11.

What should you do when you keep seeing the same angel number?

You keep seeing the same angel number, and now you’ve begun to question, “does this mean something for me? What should I do with this? What do I need to do?”

The first thing you need to do is remember: these numbers aren’t destiny. They aren’t set in stone! You are not a puppet of the universe. You are a human being with free will.

You are free to ignore the messages of the universe if you wish!

The second thing that you should do is think about how you feel about the power of angel numbers. Does it seem exciting to you? Does it seem supernatural? Does it seem rather contrived and just a manifestation of our subconscious fears?

Great! Whatever the answer is, that’s great. If you look at angel numbers and say, “Nope, not for me,” then by all means, please keep on moving along.

If, on the other hand, you think, “these angel numbers are just an expression of what I want them to mean,” then ask yourself, “what do you want them to mean?”

No matter what system you use to interpret them, make them work for you. Analyze them using your cultural and spiritual practices. Figure out what lessons they may be trying to teach you, what directions they may be pushing you toward.

Then, once you’ve gotten a grasp on it, make your own decisions.

These angel numbers are simply messages from the universe. You can accept them, reject them, or take bits and pieces. It’s up to you how you move forward once you’ve received the message.

The universe gives you the nudge, but it is you who takes the action.

That is the beauty of being human. That is the beauty of having free will.

Are you ready to commit and change your life?

When you’re experiencing issues in life, your body often enters a “fight-or-fight” response, causing your breathing to speed up. This puts you in a state of hypervigilance and makes it difficult to confront your challenges head-on.

Many people have turned to breathwork to reverse this response and relax their bodies.

The most effective type of breathwork we’ve come across is shamanic breathwork because of its focus on connecting with the inner self. This can result in profound realizations and experiences that help you to confront whatever issue you’re facing.

If you want to try a shamanic breathwork exercise, we recommend the Ybytu masterclass by Rudá Iandê.

In this free masterclass, Rudá explains the background to shamanic breathwork and takes you through a powerful exercise to instantly bring calmness and ease into your life. We can’t recommend it highly enough.
