All of us have dreams about what we’d like to do, who we’d like to be and where we’d like to go in life. But most of us are never able to make these dreams a reality.
Now, in this highly motivating new e-book, Jeanette Brown uses her experience as a life coach to show us that we can turn our own lives around. With encouragement, humor and an emphasis on the practical, Jeanette sets out the 10 steps to taking control of our lives in this 78 page eBook.
First, we must set our goals, however crazy they may seem; then we must start on the path to achieving them. Along the way, Jeanette uses case studies, affirmations and motivational techniques to keep us going, coaching her readers in the same way that she would her personal clients.
Helping you in all areas – personal and professional – this book will be your valuable guide to being the most you can be.
Jeanette is a qualified personal and professional life coach. Over the last 20 years, she has coached many different people, both privately and in the workplace. 10 Essential Steps to Creating a Life You Love encapsulates these experiences, as well as her own journey of self-development and growth.
Here's what you'll learn:
Our core mission is to provide education and learning platforms where ideas are explored through dialogue and turned into action.
In an age of echo chambers and filter bubbles, we encourage the pursuit of truth by raising provocative questions and eschewing groupthink. We value open mindedness, critical analysis and people thinking for themselves.
Our main site is a digital media platform where we provide commentary on the ideas shaping our lives - and our future. We bring our community together in online webinars, with our members shaping the editorial direction of our journalism and online discussions. Finally, we run our very own social network for ideas where anyone can join and share ideas (it's being upgraded and relaunched soon).
About the author, Jeanette Brown
I am a qualified and experienced coach who is passionate about individuals achieving their goals and reaching their potential, whether it be in their personal lives or in their work.
Throughout my career as a senior executive in the Education sector, I have had a passion for helping many people in the workplace, as well as students of all ages and backgrounds, achieve their individual goals. This also includes refugees and asylum seekers from different parts of the world, who have overcome horrific circumstances to get a better life for themselves and their families and who have moved forward in their lives with dignity and grace.
I have observed the resilience and tenacity of people who have overcome many obstacles and barriers to reach their potential. On the other hand, I have seen people falter at the smallest challenge and not be able to move beyond it.
I have always been curious why some people can make positive, deep-lasting changes that transform their lives and yet others can’t seem to get beyond the first hurdle.
Over 20 years ago, I became interested in the self-development field and then consciously began my own journey of self-development and growth, re-engineering the way I live my life. I have done lots of research and study as well as reflection on the human experience and untapped potential that we all have. Throughout this time, I have coached many different people, both in the workplace and privately.
My ways have worked very well for me and for the people I have coached. I am passionate about sharing them with you.
All the best for your journey. I know you can do it because you are curious and open to your personal growth. This guide is for you!
With thanks and gratitude, Jeanette Brown
