1) Go on dates
First things first, you need to start dating her. It’s not enough just to be hanging out and talking to her. You need to take things to the next level by actually going out with her.
Start by asking her out for coffee or a drink at a bar. You can also try going for a walk or a hike as a way to get to know each other better.
The key is to keep it simple and to keep the focus on getting to know each other. You can also ask her out to a movie or try going to see a new exhibition.
You’ll want to do something that will allow you to spend real quality time together. Be sure to make the experience enjoyable for her so that when the two of you are done, she’ll want to do it again.
2) Be mysterious
Do you want to seduce a woman while being a married man? Well then, you have to be mysterious!
You have to keep her interested and make her wonder what you’re about.
Make her curious about who you are, what you do, and what your life is like.
But how?
Stop talking so much about yourself and start asking questions about her. Try to get to know her likes, dislikes, her dreams, and her aspirations – while revealing as little about yourself as possible. And for Pete’s sake, don’t go on about your wife and kids!
If she asks you a question, don’t give her an answer right away. Take a moment to think about it and then tell her what you were thinking about.

Find out what her interests are and get her a small gift related to those interests. You don’t have to break the bank to do this.

These gifts don’t have to be expensive, but they will let her know that you’re thinking of her and care about her interests.
4) Look and smell your best
Being a married man you probably stopped caring how you look for your wife ages ago. In fact, you probably let her pick out your clothes for you.
News flash: If you want to seduce a woman, you need to look and smell your best!
Now, this is more than just finding the right outfit for the date.
If you want to seduce a woman – she has to like everything about you. You need to be clean and smell good. You need to be groomed. You need to be stylish.
Take a shower, shave, brush your teeth (hey come on, some guys need reminding), and use an expensive cologne. Make sure that your hair is neat and styled. Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable, but are also appropriate for the occasion.
In short: Be yourself, but look your best.
5) Be fun
Being fun is a great way to win over a girl.
It shows her that you are open to trying new things with her, that you aren’t afraid to laugh at yourself, and that you enjoy being around her.
If you have a sense of adventure and you love trying new things, she’s going to notice that.
She’s going to want to spend more time with you because you’re the type of guy who makes life more exciting.
This can be as simple as trying exotic new food (insects anyone?) together, going to an event that you’ve never been to before, or even trying a new sport together.
You want to be the type of guy who is up for anything.
Make it a point to have fun with her.
6) Don’t act too desperate
If she turns you down and you continue to pursue her, you may come across as being too desperate.
You don’t want to be that guy who keeps trying over and over again, even when she’s made it clear that she doesn’t want you.
The best thing you can do is to pull away a bit yourself.
It’s a psychological fact that when we fear we’re going to lose something, we want it 10x more.
This is where “nice guys” get it so wrong. Women have no “fear of loss” with a nice guy… and that makes them pretty unattractive.
7) Touch her and show your physical interest
Touching her whenever you get the chance, and especially when you two are alone, will make her feel more attracted to you.
This type of physical intimacy is essential when it comes to seduction.
This can be as simple as placing your hand on her knee when you are sitting next to each other.
You can also reach behind her and touch her back as she’s sitting in a chair. This is a subtle but very effective way of showing her that you’re attracted to her.
Another good excuse to touch her is to give her a massage when she is stressed out.
Touching her will release oxytocin and dopamine in her brain, making her feel relaxed, safe and happy. Basically, she’ll feel good when she’s around you!
What’s more, touching her will let her know that you’re interested in her physically.
8) Seduce her mind first
Here’s the thing: Women are much more likely to respond to a mental seduction than a physical one.
This is because sex is a very primal urge in the human species. Therefore, it is important that you mentally arouse your woman first, and then let your physical desires come into play.
Once you have her attention, she will be more open to your ideas, invitations, and advances.
You want to make sure that you’re seducing her mind before you try to seduce her body.
You want her to feel so comfortable and so at ease with you that she doesn’t even realize that she’s falling for you. The best way to do this is to just spend time with her. Talk and laugh together.
Share thoughts and ideas with her. Show her that you’re a good person who has interesting things to say.

9) Be fully present when you are with her
This is crucial. You have to pay attention to her and everything she says and does if you want to seduce her.

It shows her that you’re kind and that you respect her.
It shows her that you’re someone who will go out of his way to make sure that she’s comfortable and happy.
She will appreciate you more for being a gentleman because it shows that you care about her.
This doesn’t mean you have to be a pushover though. You can still be yourself while being a gentleman.
Make a point of opening the door for her, taking her coat, and pulling out her chair at dinner. I know it seems old-fashioned, but trust me, ladies still dig this stuff!
Do things for her like paying for her coffee or drinks, and make sure that she has everything that she needs when you’re with her.
Be careful not to go overboard though. You don’t want to be too pushy or have her feel like she’s being smothered.
Just make it a point to be the guy she wishes all guys could be like.
11) Compliment her
Another great way to seduce a woman is by complimenting her.
You don’t want to overdo it, but if you see something that you really like about her, make sure that you let her know. This shows her that you appreciate her and that you see the wonderful qualities that she has.
Careful though – you don’t want to give her a generic compliment!
You want to make sure that it comes from your heart. Don’t just tell her that she’s beautiful. Tell her that you love the way her hair looks today or tell her how much you love her smile.
Compliments don’t have to just be about her looks either. You can also compliment her on her intelligence, on the way she carries herself, and on the things that she does.
12) Be romantic
Being romantic is a great way to win a girl’s heart. It shows her that you are thoughtful, that you care about her, and that you want to make her feel special and loved.
Here are some ideas:
- Send her a romantic poem by text
- Buy her a dozen red roses
- Take her out to a fancy restaurant
- Buy her some jewelry you know she’d like
