11 ways to manifest self-love
1) Come to terms
If you plan to manifest a different outcome and to go from nothing to self-love overnight, then you need to come to terms with your starting point.
Get in front of that mirror and really look at yourself.
Notice those flabby arms that cause yourself so much anguish.
Look at any flaws that you have been trying to push to the back of your mind for so long. Bring them to the front of your mind.

2) Re-adjust your priorities
We often get so caught up in the busy-ness of life, we don’t even realise that we’ve neglected ourselves.
Ignore your physical self and think about your mental happiness.
- Are you happy with where you are?
- Do you make time to do the things you love?
- Are you surrounded by people who care about you?
It’s time to take a look at your priorities are they currently stand, and move them around a little to focus on the important things. The things that matter to you most.
For this step, you need to be a little selfish.
It might mean stepping away from a group of friends who are a bad influence for you.
It may mean saying no to the odd social outing to make more time at home to do things you enjoy.
In order to manifest self-love, you have to know exactly what makes you happy and make it a priority in your life.

Your journey is yours and yours alone, so it’s time for you to embrace that to start seeing some changes in your life.
6) Envision what you want
Forget how you feel about the way you look and the way you think others see you, and start focusing on yourself.
What do you want to love about yourself?
When you look in the mirror, what judgement and worries do you want to let go of?
Being able to envision that person and bring them to life in your mind gives you the perfect sense of exactly where you’re headed and how you plan to get there.
By picturing this person and seeing them in front of you, you’ll learn what it’s like to love being you. If you can imagine that. Then you’ll have no problem working towards it in time.
7) Invest in yourself
Now you know exactly what you want, it’s time to invest in yourself to help you achieve it.
If you’re looking to lose a little of that arm fat, what are you doing to achieve it? Have you booked in a fabulous personal trainer who will be by your side each step of the way? Have you invested in a healthier home-cooking menu? Have you purchased some weights or gym equipment that you can use at home?
If you’re looking to reach the next level of your career, again, what are you doing to get yourself there? Are you doing a degree to help increase your experience and be a more valuable team member? Are you staying back late to make a good impression?
At the end of the day, it’s great to have dreams and goals, but you have to be willing to fight for them.
Even just focusing on yourself and what you want to achieve will completely change your outlook. It’s the perfect opportunity to invest in yourself to get where you want to be.
That means no more excuses and no more feeling sorry for yourself.
Self-love will be easy to manifest once you feel great about the path you’re on.
8) Be open to receiving
As soon as you start on the path to manifesting self-love, you have to be open to receiving.
You know what you want, you have asked for it, and you’re working on achieving it. This is exactly how you manifest something into being.
Now you need to sit back and be open to good things coming your way.
It’s about willing your self-love into reality and then embracing those feelings that wash over you once you achieve it.
It can be hard to shake off the judgement and self-doubt that normally consumes our thoughts. It can be hard to accept that you do love the person you are, when you’re stuck comparing to others and seeking validation.
You have to be ready to feel differently about yourself and that will all come in time. Change the way you think and be open to the good feelings and experiences that come your way.
When you do notice them – embrace them! Don’t push them away out of your mind. Reflect on them at the end of the day.
That way, you’ll be much more open to these feelings next time they come knocking.
9) Stay kind
This is harder said than done.
When your journey doesn’t go the way you expect.
Or a roadblock suddenly crops up that stops you from reaching your dreams. It’s hard to stay positive.
You automatically find yourself reverting to the way it used to be.
Self-doubt, self-loathing, judgement…
These negative thoughts have been around in your life for a long time, so don’t expect them to just disappear in an instant.
They’ll want to creep back in every now and them.
It’s important to remember they’re just thoughts – they aren’t truths. Don’t let them get to you.
Push them away and try and focus on something positive that has happened for you. Make that the centre of your attention.
If you find yourself unable to get push away the negative thoughts, then hang out in them for a moment or two. Let them do their worst. Then shake it off and put your efforts back into your positive thoughts.
You’ll find it gets quicker and quicker over time and easier and easier to do.
Self-love is just around the corner.
10) Love yourself for who you are
You don’t need to have achieved your vision for self-love to come about.
With all the positive changes you’re making in your life, along with a renewed attitude, you’ll be able to manifest self-love into being.
It’s about loving who you are…not who you think you should be.
And not sitting around and waiting for validation from those around us.
If you’ve managed to put all these steps into place, manifesting self-love should be easy.
You should love yourself for how far you’ve come.
Love yourself for the changes you’ve made in your life.
Love yourself for your positive attitude.
Love yourself for all that you’ve achieved.
Love yourself for all you hope to achieve.
By cancelling all the other noise in our life, that comes from longing to different, comparing to others, and seeking validation, you truly have the power to make positive changes and manifest self-love.
Just don’t expect it to happen overnight. These things take time and it’s important to be patient. If you find yourself getting off track, then simply change course. Don’t give up. Don’t give in.
Self-love is waiting for you.

It’s time to focus on yourself and loving yourself.
